Our two most notable services are related to the insurance industry worker's compensation and liability claims. We do additionally offer services for a variety of clients which range from potential employee background checks to litigation investigation for attorneys. The majority of our investigative services are charged on an hourly basis. Our billing procedures and investigative rates are adaptable to the particular needs of our clients.

____________	Claimant Claim Interview		Personal interview with claimant outlines all details regarding accident, injuries sustained, notification and subsequent medical treatment. Claimant's health history is also reviewed for potential 15-8 claim. Signed statement and medical release forms are secure.

____________	Employer Claim Interview		Personal interview with employer outlines all known facts of the accident, injuries sustained and notification. Claimant's personnel and medical files reviewed for 15-8 possibilities. Claimant's supervisor and witnesses interviewed and controverted (C-7) claims. Signed statements taken from appropriate staff.

____________	Board Reviews		Comprehensive study of Workers' Compensation Board file and all files that travel with it. Copies secured of all essential pages.

____________	Surveillance		Surveillance investigations designed to fit investigation assignment. Surveillance conducted by one investigator equipped with 35mm and video cameras (no extra charge for equipment). Two-man surveillance with radio equipment used only on request.

	Background Check		Research of individuals and businesses through data bank systems and public records. Objective to be outlined by Requester.

	Activity Check		Detailed neighborhood canvass contacting several sources. Provides outline of plaintiff's standard of living, daily routine, health appearance and employment status. No direct contact made with plaintiff.

	Surveillance		One-man surveillance designed to measure activity level and employment status of plaintiff. Video movies and 35mm photos secured whenever possible. Two-man surveillance team available if necessary.
